FOODS THAT INDUCE MENSTRUATION NATURALLY

Ginger can be taken throughout the year in many forms, ranging from food to beverages. Its effect will be the most pronounced, if it is consumed in the form of hot brewed tea, which is sweetened with honey.
     Honey, in itself, is very soothing for your body, especially during menstruation. When combined with ginger, it accentuates its effect by increasing internal heat in your body.
