MYTH ABOUT FEMALE VIRGINITY

 Reasons why most women don't bleed during or after first sexual intercourse(SEX)

    There's a common believe in the South and Central Asia with Africa inclusive that a woman's VIRGINITY is known when she bleeds during or after first sexual Intercourse, in case you don't know it is not entirely true that all woman most bleed..it is also important to understand what the HYMEN is.

    The HYMEN is a very thin membrane that tend to cover the opening of a females vaginal  (the hymen doesn't always entirely cover the vaginal opening and not all women have hymen) the hymen differs from woman to woman, like all women have different vagina shape and other features that how different women have different amounts and type of hymen too.  Some women have thin or thick hymens, some have large hymen while some do NOT have hymen....so those with really thin hymen covering the vaginal opening( does not get in the way during first time Intercourse).

    In addition the hymen wears out on it own as they grow up while some hymen wears out during exercises and pretty much most physical activities or from using tampons when menstruating. If a woman is born WITHOUT a hymen she won't bleed on her first sexual Intercourse(sex), if a woman has a thin or small hymen she may not bleed during her first sexual intercourse. Studies has shown that 63% of women won't bleed on their first sexual encounter while women who do bleed consist of women with THICK HYMEN(which consists of small percentage of which younger girls are more in Numbers) a 16 year old has higher chance of bleed than a 25 year old, as she grows old most of her hymen will wear out on it own meaning it's likely that she will bleed a bit if at all.

   Most often, women who bleed during first sexual intercourse are those who are dealt with roughly during Sex especially when she isn't aroused, relaxed and forces his penis into her vagina that is not lubricated enough he is likely to cause bleeding or injury. Because most people thinks its normal for a woman to bleed during first sexual intercourse not minding if she is bleeding due to painful sexual encounter. 

    Painful sex is caused when the woman is not relaxed and well aroused enough and gets hurt as a result. So Bleeding do not have anything to do with VIRGINITY - it has to do with the kind of hymen a girl has and hymen differs from woman to woman.

    WOMEN all over the world today suffer from all kinds of abuses and even kill because of the MYTH THAT WOMEN BLEED DURING FIRST SEXUAL INTERCOURSE and thinks it's a sign of Virginity, women have suffered abuses, divorce and domestic violences in the name of Virginity and bleeding.

Educating people about the fact that not all women has to bleed before she is tagged a virgin has to be stopped to put an end to the violence against women.
