REASONS YOU ALWAYS SNORE

Snoring refers to the vibration of fleshly made body structures and muscles in the human throat. This usually take place when someone is asleep, and the structures around one's body gradually begin to lose tone. The same way our hands and legs can feel limp, our muscles in our throat can feel limp too.

CAUSES OF SNORING

1) OBSESITY:

The major cause of snoring is the condition known as obesity. People who are fat tend to have large muscles around their neck, and perhaps the tongue may also be large sized.

This leads to these persons snoring whenever they sleep, as the tongue tends to become mispositioned during sleeping.

2) SLEEPING POSITION:

Another factor that causes snoring is our sleeping position. Deciding to sleep on one's back will most likely result in snoring while we sleep.

It is advisable we avoid sleeping on our back and choose better sleeping positions while sleeping.

3) DRUG OR ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION:

Taking drugs or alcohol close to our sleep time can also cause snoring. Most persons tend to drink strong drinks and even before bedtime, and this can lead to snoring while sleeping.

This is due to the unconsciousness taking drugs or alcohol can promote in the body, and the increased rate of metabolism.

SOLUTIONS TO SNORING

Treating snoring largely depends on the cause in your own case. If you are obese, trying to lose weight; and reducing intake of fat can also help in such case.

Those who have bad sleeping positions should try to amen and can place additional pillows to prevent obstruction while sleeping.

More also, not taking alcohol or drugs before bedtime will go a long way to prevent snoring while you are sleeping.

Nevertheless, you can also consult your doctor to find out any medical solutions to the condition.
