HOW TO EASILY CURE MOUTH ODOUR
Bad breath, also called #HALITOSIS, can be embarrassing and most people suffering from it do likely have low self-esteem, chronic anxiety when conversing with people. People with bad breath often avoid and distance themselves from people due to low self-esteem caused by their health condition.
Certain foods, health conditions and habits are among the causes of bad breath. In many cases, you can improve bad breath with consistent proper dental hygiene.
HOW TO PREVENT BAD BREATH
1) PRACTICING GOOD ORAL HYGIENE : You need to brush twice or thrice a day with fluoride toothpaste to remove food debris and plaque. Always brush your teeth after you eat, even after eating your lunch in work your place, don't fail to go with your toothbrush and toothpaste. Don't forget to brush the tongue, too.
2) REPLACE YOUR TOOTHBRUSH : every 2 to 3 months or after an illness. Most people are fond of using the same toothbrush for 2-5 years without making a change. Using old toothbrush might be one of the reasons you are having such bad health condition.
3) Use floss or an interdental cleaner to remove food particles and plaque between teeth once a day. Rinse with an antibacterial mouthwash twice a day, This is very necessary.
4) SEE YOUR DENTIST REGULARLY : At least twice a year. They will conduct an oral exam and professional teeth cleaning and will be able to detect and treat periodontal disease, dry mouth, or other problems that may be the cause of bad mouth odor.
5) DRINK LOTS OF WATER : This will keep your mouth moist and help to flush out harmful bacteria and food particles.
6) CHEWING GUM : (preferably sugarless) or sucking on candy (preferably sugarless) also stimulates the production of saliva, which helps wash away food particles and bacteria.
