EVERYDAY HABITS THAT DAMAGES THE KIDNEY



There are certain things we do that harm our kidney and most of us tend to ignore the symptoms and sign which we usually find not normal, these are some of them:


1) OVER USING PAINKILLERS


     As the name implies, they are to relieve our pains. Some people tend to overuse the drug in order to make the pain relieve them on time. Overusing painkillers can damage kidney.


2) SALT


     People tend to add too much salt to their food. Too much salt can cause kidney stone which can cause nausea, severe pain and difficulty in peeing.


3) DEHYDRATION


      Not drinking enough water can also cause kidney damage. It can also cause kidney stone.


4) DRINKING ALCOHOL IN EXCESS


      Taking too much of alcohol can cause harm to the kidney. It can cause dialysis.


5) SMOKING


      Smoking is not good for other reasons too. But it causes more harm to the kidney. It can cause high blood pressure and type 2 diabetes.


6) SODA OR HIGH SUGAR INTAKE 


      Drinking too much of sodas can also cause harm to the kidney cause it is loaded with too much sugar.


7) ILLEGAL DRUGS


   Illegal drugs such as cocaine, heroin and marijuana can cause a lot of harm to the kidney. It can cause high blood pressure.


8) SITTING TOO LONG

   

      sitting for to long can also harm your kidneys that why it is advisable for those who sit in office on daily basis should always exercise.
