LOW SPERM COUNT: Tips To Build it


For several years low sperm count has been the reason why several couples in the world all over have issues with their family. In fact, in the year 2017, it was noticed that the average sperm count of those in Europe dropped to 59.3 percent and lower in African countries.

What then can be done to build a low sperm count easily?

1) EXERCISE AND SLEEP

 According to statistics, it has been observed that when people slim down and also engage in more exercise, it indeed helps to increase the sperm volume and also concentration during sexual activities than men who are obsessed

So if you are obsessed or you have residual fat in you, it’s best that you try as much as possible to slim down as that would aid more sperm count.

2) STRESS

Stress is one major factor that affects conserved energy and other defensive actions for the body. In times of distresses, the body cannot fight or even help in focusing on driving more force to the reproductive organs. That is why some who are tired can sleep off while engaging in sexual pleasures.

So try reducing excessive stress and focus more on a healthy diet as that would help with stress. Also, try to see your doctor as anti-anxiety or anti-depressants might help out.

3) SMOKING

Smokers they say are liable to die young. Over the years that has proved through in  who consistently smoke have a reduced sperm count than those who don’t.

4) AVOID DRUGS AND EXCESSIVE ALCOHOL

The health of your sperm is dependent on how much you take into the body. When you have excessive alcohol or take drugs that can affect your sperm, it would not only reduce it but turn it inactive. 

These drugs should only be taken based on your doctor’s prescriptions and considerations. Researchers have however linked the use of drugs like marijuana, cocaine and other supplements along such lines. Such drugs and substances decrease sperm production.

5)  INCREASE ANTIOXIDANT FOODS

Antioxidants are substances or molecules that can remove and deactivate free radicals and other compounds that can damage the cells. Several vitamins and minerals fall into the category. According to studies, this antioxidants consumption help with an increased sperm count.

Some examples of antioxidants include Vitamin C (ascorbic acid that is Citrus in all forms and types), Vitamin E and the likes.

6) AVOID TOXIC ATMOSPHERE & OCCUPATION

As the environment and atmosphere become toxic, polluted and congested, the quality of air indeed becomes toxic and exposure to this regularly can affect sperm count. It is important however for you to decrease exposure to this as it might do more damage than good to you.
