HOW TO MAKE Shawarma


Sharwarma comes in 3 flavors, chicken, beef and fish. They are all made the same way, you only add the meat of your choice. I love this snack because it’s is very healthy, because filled with veggies.

INGREDIENTS

1) Chicken Breasts  
2) Beef                      
3) Fish                        
4) Seasoning Cube    
5) Curry                      
6) Thyme
7) Powdered Pepper
8) Flat Bread
9) Cabbage
10) Carrots
11) Onions
12) Ketchup
13) Foil Paper
14) Salad Cream

PREPARATION

1) Clean your preferred meat (chicken/beef/fish).

2) Season the meat and marinate for 30minutes.

3) Fry or grill to your desired texture.

4) Cut then into tiny pieces.

5) Rinse and Chop your veggies and keep aside.

6) In a bowl mix all veggies with Salad Cream.

7) Open your flat bread.

8) Fill in your flat bread with your creamed veggies, sausage and meat.

9) Add ketchup and spread a teaspoon of powdered pepper all over.

10) Wrap your flat bread gently to avoid spillage.

11) Place it in a toaster or on a greased hot pan on low heat for 2-3minutes (do not press as this will cause spillage of its content).

12) Turn to the other side and heat for 2-3minutes in your toaster or pan (avoid it being crispy as this will cause breakage of the flat bread).

13) Open a foil and place the hot Shawarma in it and wrap, this will make storage or serving easier without causing spillage by mistake.
