BREAKFAST MEALS YOU CAN PREPARE WITH EGGS

Egg is a highly proteinous meal derived from birds. Eggs are mostly just hard boiled or fried but here are some other meals you can prepare using eggs.

1. EGG CUSTARD

INGREDIENTS:

. Eggs

. Milk

. Sugar (powdered)

PROCEDURE:

Whisk the eggs

Add your condensed milk and sugar and mix together

Steam it until it solidifies into a jelly-like substance


2. FRIED BOILED EGGS

INGREDIENTS:

. Eggs

. Butter

PROCEDURE:

Wash the egg and boil for 10 minutes

Remove the shell and cut into chunks

Put the butter into the saucepan and fry the eggs in the melted butter


3. EGG SAUCE

INGREDIENTS:

Eggs

Tomato paste

Fresh onions (chopped)

Fresh pepper (chopped)

Salt and Curry

Seasoning cubes

Vegetable oil

PROCEDURE:

Fry your tomato paste, pepper and onions in vegetable oil

Season with salt, curry and seasoning cubes

Fry till a dark red colour is noticed

Add your already whisked eggs

And stir till it fries
It can be eaten with yam or potatoes


4. OMELETTE

INGREDIENTS:

. Eggs

. Dry grounded pepper

. Vegetable oil

. Salt

. Chopped vegetables (e.g. onions, carrots, green beans e.t.c)

PROCEDURE:

Whisk the eggs with the pepper and salt

Fry in vegetable or sunflower oil

Tilt the pan so that it is fried evenly

Pour the chopped vegetables in the center and fold it,
Your omelette breakfast is ready!
