HOW TO MAKE SAMOSA AT HOME
Samosa is part of what we make when we want to do small chops. I know you must have been curious on how to make Samosa, so in this post, I will be showing us how to make our Samosa at home.
INGREDIENT:
1. Flour
2. Pinch of salt
3. 2tbsp vegetable oil
4. Warm water
5. Veg. Oil for frying filling 2 medium Irish potatoes
- 2 handfuls of green peas
- Minced meat
- 2 cooking spoons of veg.oil
- 1 cube Maggi
- Spring onion (cut into thin circles)
- 1 tsp of curry
- Salt and pepper to taste
(The filling)
1. Boil the potatoes till done, then peel and cut into medium cubes
2. In another pot, heat some vegetable oil,add the chopped onions and fry for about 1min
3. Add the minced meat and fry till it turns pale
4. Add Maggi,thyme, curry and mix with the meat
5. Cover and steam till the meat is well done
6. Add the green peas,dry pepper, boiled potatoes and salt and mix well
7. Leave to simmer then set aside to cool down completely.

Make the dough
8. Add some thyme to the flour,add salt and vegetable oil and mix well
9. Add cold water in small quantities. Mix till the dough is soft stretchy. Cover with aluminum foil and leave to sit for at least 20mins
10. Knead very well to make it more elastic. Cut a small portion out, then roll out the dough
11. Cut it out with a glass pot cover. Cut into 2 half.
12. Rub some water along the straight edge
13. Make a cone. Scoop some filling into the cone. Rub some water on the edge and seal
14. Fry it moderately till light brown.
